Temperature Log Book(TLB) app assists with the requirement for a documented food safety management system based on the principal of HACCP*. TLB will enable you to record temperatures in Celcius or Fahrenheit each day without extra paperwork. Just add your equipment and complete the electronic record sheet by noting the time and temperature. You can generate your Temperature Log Book Report in PDF for any period and email it for further printing if required. With TLB you can keep temperature records(logs) of any type of equipment (kitchen, research study, etc), food or premises.
Both basic and premium admin account holders can now add employees to their account. Your employee can only make temperature records of your equipment. The number of employees is not limited.

*Food should be stored and prepared at the correct temperature to minimise the risk of bacteria multiplying on food. The Food Hygiene Regulations (2006) in UK require that cold food should be stored below 8°C and hot food above 63°C. Enforcement authorities recommend that cold food is stored at temperatures of 5°C or below. Frozen food should be stored below -18 °C.
